This proposal is wholly inappropriate - it sits wholly within a conservation area. It would detrimentally impact upon visual amenity (as previously found on at least 2 occasions). It would impact on traffic levels. It would increase the burden imposed upon local infrastructure, particularly roads and transport, GP surgeries and hospitals, water supplies, drainage and electricity supply. It would lead to loss of privacy. It would impact upon residential amenity and impact seriously on the local wildlife as it is based within an ancient paddock which is home to many types of wildlife.
