I agree with the need for settlements were the housing stock cannot be met by smaller develpments , in line with Neighbourhood Plans and developments around and in major conabations. BW however, is covered by a wash over green belt, forms part of the Avon Valley Character Area protecting wildlife and there movement.
It would ruin the approach to Stratford, a town of culture by forming ribbon development, all developed on a high location that can be seen for miles.
This area of land is poorly serviced and the River Alne and Arrow already flood without further hard landscaping.
