Irreversible damage to local ecological landscape and wildlife, catastrophic levels of traffic gridlock on A46/Birmingham Road leading to significant damage to current residents quality of life, flooding risk significant, destruction of historical greenbelt land and encroachment on Special Landscape Area and Welcome Hills Nature Reserve, degradation of already poor air quality and increased light pollution, total lack of supporting infrastructure within the town - doctors/dentists/schools etc.
