The HELAA results and associated Arup Green Belt review has undermined the credibility/'soundness' of the local plan by its definition of 'large built up area' and excluding land North of Stratford and Leamington/Warwick from this definition - As with the recent, planning case in Kidderminster this lacks credibility, as if the land was not intended to prevent this sprawl, it would not have been included in the Green belt.
