It is not sustainable -Increased traffic and inadequate public transport links will exacerbate commuting issues. There have been 6 new housing sites in Kenilworth in 2024 and very little infrastructure to support this. The secondary school will already be at full capacity once existing new housing projects are built. The warwickshire plan can be undertaken without having to use greenbelt by using alternative land suggested. The development would reduce the gap between villages, undermining the green belt's purpose with the negative impact to biodiversity being significant. Local amenities and infrastructure are already overstretched, impacting the community's wellbeing and safety.
