The majority of SG01 is covered by Warwick University and extends into Coventry. The Warwick University area will not be available for housing. A large section of the remainder of SG01 is currently Green Belt and should score poorly on that basis - the existing Green Belt land is good quality farming land.
The location of SG01 appears to serve Coventry rather than South Warwickshire. A large driver for accommodation in this area derives from student use, and that has been catered for within Coventry by the creation of 4000+ rooms in purpose built blocks just within the Coventry border
