I feel this (along with SG19) is one of the most suitable sites for housing of all. This is a logical extension to the well established and continued development North of Stratford-upon-Avon. It is well supported by the current and additional infrastructure already being provided there including access to the A46 leading to the M40 motorway, junction 15. Additionally, there is excellent proximity to Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway railway station which clearly has greater capacity for passenger use, including parking, serving Birmingham and London. The investment made in this key piece of infrastructure would be better realised with additional housing surrounding it.
