Increased traffic on Henley High Street, both locally and commuting. Air quality is already poor on the High Street.

Increased run-off in the River Alne from hard landscaped areas when the High Street already floods.

Additional environmental pressure on the River Alne due to increased storm run-off and discharges.

Poor public transport. One bus and one train an hour.
