This site is a very logical and to my mind appropriately manageable additional housing for the town of Henley-in-Arden. It is well supported by the existing transport infrastructure including the railway station very close at hand and the A3400 with connections to both the M40 and M42. There are significant community services and facilities available in Henley-in-Arden which the proposed housing development would benefit from.
