The proposed development sites here seem to me appropriately manageable additional housing for the existing settlement of Hockley Heath. It is well supported by the existing transport infrastructure with the A3400 and connections to both the M40 and M42. There are community services and facilities available locally which the proposed housing development would benefit from.
