I have outlined the reasons for my objection based on the following :
1. Site location would be inappropriate development of the Green Belt made up of Open Countryside and Agricultural land, some of which is designated as a Conservation area with ancient woodland and local wildlife sites.
2. Size of the Proposed New Settlement is too small based on SWLP criteria and will not meet sustainable development needs
3. Inadequate Transport with local rail, bus and road infrastructure links unable to cope with additional housing planned
4. Public services are wholly inadequate and would require significant investment in infrastructure
