Noooo- the area around the proposed C1 growth area is already congested. Many roads are rat runs & are only single lanes. The National Trust properties of Baddersley & Packwood attrack thoundsands of visitors are weekend & conjestion was observered only today (Sunny Sunday) in Mill Lane , Chessetts Wood Rd & Rising Lane, all of which are single track but are main rat runs from M42
