Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

1. There are simply no exception circumstances to justify the removal of greenbelt associated with SG04. All of the necessary housing development can be achieved using the other 12 SG sites that do not require removal of green belt.

2. Any development on SG04 will permanently damage what is a Arden special landscape area and views from Kenilworth Castle - a historic monument.

3. Development at SG04 is not sustainable – Kenilworth already has developments on six sites in 2024 which will already put amenities (Doctors, a secondary school which will be at capacity) under impossible pressure.
