This land is green bełt as now and is liable to flooding it also would causę thurther congestion on Birminghams road
It also will contribute to poor Air quality as conjection on birmingham road
Stratford is already in my mind over developed and at certain times of the day traffic rage is common on Birmingham road
Developers also are bulling the council to build on green belt and they are not really building the types of houses people want to buy
