This site is valuable green belt, the area is unspoilt, with pristine countryside. This should not be lost. There is no advantage in terms of infrastructure - other than proximity to Lapworth railway station, there is no access to the M40 and the B4439 through the site is completely unsuitable for the additional traffic generated by an increase in housing. It is a narrow and hilly road with sharp bends and dips which runs close to existing housing. Greater traffic use of the B4439 would be dangerous. Also, there are insufficient community facilities currently available in Rowington and Kingswood.
