-We strongly agree with the aim of new settlements where residents can fulfil most of their day-to-day needs within the settlement itself. For this to succeed, 20-minute neighbourhood principles are required.
-The current criteria for assessment of sites does not include a climate change assessment. The 36 sites should each have a carbon modelling process to determine the highest and lowest CO2 emissions and running costs per home.
