Proposed development not suitable due to:
- increased Traffic through Bearley village, with current road unsuitable to cope with any more traffic, as used as cut-through to A46
- proposed site floods and water will go onto A3400 causing more flooding
- increased traffic on A3400 increasing traffic accident risks
- unnecessary development green belt land
- overwhelm local infrastructure with lack of schools, shops, doctors etc
- destroying the local biodiversity
- increased air and noise pollution
- Loss of farmland and countryside to urban development
- protected trees, woodland, meadows and hedges lost and wildlife corridors broken down.
