This site is well supported by the infrastructure of the A3400 running through the site to the A46 along with the existing railway stations at Wilmcote and Bearley with connections to Birmingham/Stratford-upon-Avon. The site is therefore very accessible to Stratford-upon-Avon particularly with the full provision of services including healthcare, retail, leisure and employment opportunities. . Whilst the site is rural and as such does have great value to the environment, it does not appear to include any specific rural habitats which should be protected nor does development here appear to result in the loss of strategically important agriculture businesses.
