This proposal brings development right up to my front door. I have lost the sale of my house due to this proposal and now question the value of the property based on what may follow. The entire north eastern development will be built on a significant flood plain. There will be nowhere for the water to go. The roads cannot cope with the flooding as it is. Traffic will be severely affected: lights and roundabouts at Henley and Stratford cannot cope with traffic as is. There is not enough infrastructure in place to cope with such an influx of population.
