Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

This would mean a huge increase in new homes, and would over-burden schools, health centres and local infrastructure, especially water and the grid. This development would occupy greenbelt land, and would result in Leek Wootton being subsumed into suburban sprawl. The land currently supports agriculture and wildlife, especially skylarks, which are red-listed and in sharp decline.
This development would blight half of Kenilworth, and would be visible from the walls of the Castle. It would be an outrage.
