Sg04 is prime ancient flourishing greenbelt land -no valid exception circumstances justify its removal from green belt
No physical boundary to further extension in the future
SG04 overlooks protected historical English heritage site of Kenilworth Castle

Sustainable development of SG04 is NOT possible because of the following points:-
Minimum 30 minute walk to town
Poor access to any of SG04 by road inc 999 services
Rouncil Lane is a busy dangerous country road
Road network saturated to breaking point already
Insufficient infrastructure - doctors, dentists, schools, shops, roads

SWLP plan to 2050 not realistic- reduce to 2040 and recalculate demand.
