Birmingham Road congestion, will only be exacerbated by the inevitable increase of cars with the sheer size of this proposed development.
I'm concerned regarding inadequate amenities for an increase in population: doctors, other healthcare facilities, dentists....
Would be devastated to see development in this area. What's the point of having green belt land if you can override it.
Would be a shame to see these small rural villages, turn into small towns.
We've seen large increase in housing development in Stratford in last few years; and are anxious to protect what's left of the heritage of this small market town.
