The proposed c6,700 homes between Wilmcote and Bearley will impact adversely and be extremely costly to implement -

Road infrastructure would not cope

Medical and education establishments required

Railway stations at both W and B villages have little or no parking facilities.

Devastating impact on green belt and wildlife - cannot be regained once lost.

Historical village of Wilmcote will be eroded - Shakespeare property Mary Arden’s House in Wilmcote.

Greater flooding risk to new and surrounding properties.

Leamington and Hatton areas more suitable not least because of their superior transport links to motorways and main roads.
