Site 712 Land on the East side of Church Lane Barford.

Fundamental issues with this site, starting with inaccurate designation (not an unmanaged greenfield site), the ecology of the site being hugely underestimated, the conservation value understated, the access being highly unsuitable, issues with services, the flood potential for houses below the site unmentioned and going against Warwick Local Plan policies and Barford Neighbourhood Development Plan policies.
