1 - Labour promised not to build on green belt, only on "grey belt" - disused car parks.
2 - Matt Western assured me the green belt would be protected
3 - Development is not "sustainable", as it is a 30-60 minute walk to the station, so people will drive.
4 - North Leamington is already clogged up with traffic
5 - Greenbelt has significant health benefits
6 - Do not destroy natural animal habitats
7 - Do not destroy active farmland
8 - There is enough land outside the greenbelt to build on in Leamington/Warwick.
