Provision of ‘low cost’ social housing should be a priority as recent developments mainly supply expensive 4 bed homes. 1 bed apartments for young people and those with special educational needs need developing as well as homes designed for disability - rather than badly adapting existing homes. Bungalows should be encouraged for the retired- so few have been built and many existing converted to multi floors.
A temporary traveller site to prevent the constant illegal camps [redacted] should be prioritised as it’s constantly ignored by councils.
