Flood risk: area already floods frequently and causes damage to existing buildings. If more housing is built it will only exacerbate the problem both up and down stream.
Access over small single lane bridges: these areas are accessed via two small bridges which would not cope with the increased traffic flow.
Inadequate infrastructure: insufficient school/nursery places. GP surgery overwhelmed. Ellen Badger project already ill conceived.
