There are no exceptional circumstances to remove SG06 from the Green Belt. It removal from Green Belt was rejected by the Inspector in 2017. It is high quality open green belt land. Green Belt Review is flawed. SG06 is high quality farm land with excellent footpaths. Major supermarkets and employment land are to the south of Leamington, development will worsen traffic gridlock. It is more than 20 minutes walking from those facilities. The schools in the area are fully subscribed. There is no GP surgery in area. Surface water flooding. It prevents urban sprawl and meets requirements of Green Belt.
