I believe the propose location is not suitable for the following reasons 1) Lack of Road Infrastructure, the roads cannot cope at the moment. 2) Unique country area popular for people visiting due to the National Trusts, Canals, Woodland and Fields Walks, and Pubs. Tourism is significant here. 3) Surrounded by Warwick, Solihull, Dorridge, Knowle, Kenilworth and is this area is going to be a new Epicenter of housing. 4) Schools, Drs and other facilities already struggling.
