I am not against development but the scale of this proposal is disproportionate. Bearley station will not support any scale of transport requirement and the impact on such a large development will be devastation for the areas’s biodiversity. I wouldn’t be against a smaller development (up to 500 properties) in the same area that maintained the diversity and the rural character of the area.
