Unnecessary development on green belt land, destroy our biodiversity, huge increase of vehicles creating more traffic in rural villages. Increased air and noise pollution. Overwhelming our infrastructure- not enough local schools, doctors. Increase in flooding to existing properties and roads as well as new development. Farmland and our countryside will become a sprawling urban development. Protected trees, woodland, meadows and hedges lost, wildlife corridors broken down
