This will have an adverse effect to people's mental and physical health in the area. The country side is needed for this densely populated part of the town. The increased numbers of people will negatively effect what little country side we have,the area already has a large numbers of people walking through farmers fields. The area is also already suffering with noise pollution, fly tipping and antisocial behaviour. Lastly I can forsee flooding being quite a problem with even less area for surface water not able to be absorbed when there is server wet weather.
