-no suitable connection to Stratford, Henley, motorway (tiny village roads, eg. crossing Snitterfield which is 1 lane road), single lane railway NOK for commuting;
-plot 123 half occupied by a roman fort, the rest doesn't have any access to go in/out;
-plot 637 - access only from single lane Church lane;
-plot 590 - access only from Oaktree Close or School lane, both very narrow;
-medium archaeological sensitivity area;
-destroying rural English village;
-negative impact on wildlife movement, air quality, environment;
-flood risk for Grange Road homes;
-development against Green Belt and Conservation Area rules.
