the effect of additional housing in this location will make travel to Warwick and the M40 much more difficult. It is already a problem with the existing development of Union View. The Green Belt must be maintained to protect the environment which provides habitat for wild life and the maintenance of mental well being for those local people, who currently enjoy it.
