Having site B1 as 'More Suitable' points to huge errors/negligence in the process thus far. The land promoters themselves openly admit that current infrastructure ( travel, health, education etc) would be entirely inadequate but then attempt to gloss over these problems by bundling in solutions which are in no way feasible or realistic (e.g. widening existing roads which cannot be widened, Hatton Railway Station as major commuter solution). B1 land promoters have got away with making hundreds of claims that are in no way based in fact or reality - this proves beyond any doubt that the process is broken.
