This site is not accessible, being located on the B4439 at great distance from amenities and emergency services. Lapworth railway station has 14 car parking spaces, expansion of the car park is constrained by existing properties and proposed development elsewhere in call for sites. This development would result in long commutes and car travel on inappropriate roads in the vicinity - narrow lanes, weak canal bridges, low railway bridge. Existing local infrastructure would not support the quantum of residents without significant capital (and future maintenance) expenditure on road junctions, street lighting, pavements, schools, health and leisure facilities,
