The roads cannot cope with an increase in cars particularly the local B roads. There is a lack of public transport in the local area, very limited number of buses and trains which don’t go many places. No room for the train holt to be expanded. Protected trees, woodland and wildlife will be lost, wildlife corridors broken down which will destroy our biodiversity. Development will be on green belt which is unnecessary as brownfield sites could be used. More housing will lead to more flooding in the local area. There is no infrastructure to support the proposed development.
