The infrastructure for this development does not exist. The Railway is now at capacity and only has 16 parking spaces with no potential for extension. The Doctors Practice is now at capacity and cannot undertake anymore patients.
the School is virtually at capacity. The is no Gas in the area so all power is from the electricity supply. We frequently have power cuts due to the fragile supply. We desperately need to maintain our green belt as it is a huge asset to the area having two National Trust properties which are enjoyed by hundreds of people including local residents.
