The location proposed for F3 makes very little sense, other than its proximity to a railway line, of which has already been confirmed no additional stations are viable and the main road. The land in this area is elevated and visible in all directions from afar, as well as having very undulating ground. The topography makes no sense for development and would most likely be un-economically viable due to the large extent of earthworks required. The land is also of great bio-diversity and wildlife value with extensive woodland cover and water meadows with meandering watercourses that would not be mitigated.
