The proposal will have a detrimental impact on the education & health of all families in Hockley Heath.
Precious green belt land, wildlife & biodiversity would be destroyed & pollution would be increased.
Limited public transport & access to GP’s & schools; which has affected by daughter who attends Heart of England school due to the lack of spaces at the local schools.
Residents will be impacted by disputes between councils over funding, refuse collection & transport.
The character of the village would be changed forever.
