Proposal is extremely close to two popular Midlands National Trust properties and this development will remove precious green space enjoyed by the whole of the district.
The roads surrounding the C1 development are largely rural roads with little street lighting, few pavements and numerous with 60mph speed limits.
Our area suffers frequent power cuts already without the draw of a further 4000+ properties.
Lapworth railway station only has 16 car park spces with no capacity for expansion, this is not a viable station to take a large increase in commuter traffic.
