Urban sprawl will result from the BW development option. Two major A roads will suffer significant traffic volume increases. The Green Belt to the north of Stratford will disappear. Infrastructure will be inadequate until the BW proposals are fully developed. Bearley and Wilmcote will lose their identity to this new Town. The railway line running through Bearley is not a viable transport option. Air and noise pollution will increase.
