Hatton already takes a huge amount of traffic with the more rural communities travelling through to access the motorway network, Warwick, Stratford and Leamington. At peak times Hatton becomes grid-locked adding 15-20 minutes to a short journey. The proposal to add so many new residential properties will make this issue worse.
Much of the road infrastructure surrounding Hatton is rural roads. These roads are already dangerous places to be without the additional volume of traffic this development will inevitably cause.
