The lack of adequate rail and road infrastructure, particularly the B4086 and A429, will lead to substantial traffic increases, impacting nearby villages. Local services like schools and healthcare are already overwhelmed. Critically, the proposals threaten Tiddington's distinct identity, maintained by a "strategic gap" of undeveloped land, a policy recognised by the South Warwickshire Plan.
