Inappropriate development of green belt, when alternatives are available.
Unsuitable road infrastructure, traffic congestion and increased risk of accidents (junctions to busy road). Diverted traffic through villages pose risk to people, children, deer and other wildlife.
Risk to walkers crossing A3400 to access popular public footpaths.
Impact on heritage/listed buildings; damage by increased vibrations, ruin character/settings.
Increased population would have disastrous impact on wildlife with increase noise, light, vibrations, smells etc.
Sprawling urban development, trashing through green belt/conservation land disrupting existing wildlife habitats.
Exacerbate existing flooding concerns.
Lack of amenities to support increase in population.
