I believe that the proposed development would ruin the character of Bearley village. It would have a devastating impact on the local wildlife, including birds of prey, otters, deer and bats to name a few. The local road network and infrastructure is not enough to cope with the extra 10000 vehicles - it was not enough at a recent event held at the Village Hall, taking up vital policing resources. The demand for doctors surgeries, dentists, schools, shops will not be able to met and this will impact on all local villages, losing their character forever.
