I travel regularly to the Hatton area to visit family. I am extremely concerned about the impact on the local roads with the proposed development as the majority of traffic from the proposed site will lead to the Hockley Road, Birmingham Road junction causing severe traffic congestion. I am unable to travel by train or bus to the area as the local transport is limited.
When visiting the area I enjoy the walks through the greenbelt land and note that most is farmed land. I am concerned about the impact on the food production in the area for future generations.
