This site is actively farmed land and such farm land is important for our food production. Other sites are not greenbelt or farmed. The site is based near Stanks Island that only recently had a large redevelopment. Traffic reports show that further traffic to this island will cause the A46 and roads to Warwick and M40 to be locked preventing the existing community from being able to commute to work or leave the area. The local hospital and services cannot support further development in this area. This will have a detrimental impact on myself, family and local community.
