The proposed location in Bearley/Wilmcote to be wholly inappropriate.
Apart from the train station there are no facilities in Bearley - no shops, no school, no medical servicesetc. The nearest are all full to capacity and unable to serve the current population.
The road infrastructure is totally inadequate to serve the number of homes proposed and 6,500 homes would have a severally detrimental effect on the surrounding neighbourhood.
The Birmingham Road into Statford already struggles with the volume of traffic and there is often a lengthy delay at the roundabout at the junction of the A46 and the Henley/Birmingham Roads.
