Critical infrastructure of primary school and GP surgery negatively impacted by increased population. Increased risk of flooding as proposed developmenet is located in vincinity of flood zones and surface water flooding. Increased traffic congestion and traffic delays caused by traffic light controlled single access underneath railway bridge Budbrooke Road. Potential children safety risks increased vehicles and parking causing further congestion within an already congested residential area during school pick up and drop off times. Congestion is likley to further block/hinder vehicle access and egress including school bus and coaches.
